Where are the Bridge and Guardrail Collector templates?

At the UC, we were able to see Bridge, Guardrail and Inspection templates for Collector.  Where did they go or how can I find them again?

They are still there. Under My Content click on the Create drop down menu and then click on Feature Layer and it will bring up this New Hosted Feature Layer page and you can publish your own bridge inventory/inspection service.
