I type in the full url for our portal and hit continue and it doesn't go anywhere...no error message, just can't ever get a login screen. Our portal administrator tested as well with no luck.
Are you using the URL to your portal instance? For example, https://myportal.mycompany.com/arcgis

What version of Enterprise are you using, and do you know what kind of accounts you are using to connect?
I now have reason to believe there may be an SSL issue with our portal. Will research further. Thanks!
