When using Collector for the first time to access web maps on our portal, I can't get past the url entry screen to login. What's going on here?

I type in the full url for our portal and hit continue and it doesn't go anywhere...no error message, just can't ever get a login screen.  Our portal administrator tested as well with no luck.

Are you using the URL to your portal instance? For example, https://myportal.mycompany.com/arcgis

Yes.  Our portal admin tried as well with no success.

What version of Enterprise are you using, and do you know what kind of accounts you are using to connect?

I now have reason to believe there may be an SSL issue with our portal.  Will research further.  Thanks!
