I published a service with attachments enabled and added them to a map. I then took a photograph which I added as an attachment to a feature. Finally, I created a local copy of the data and added the attachment layer from the temporary database created on my hard drive. When I select the feature using the information icon, there is an attachment there with the proper file name, but the size is 1kb and there doesn't appear to be anything stored. How does one go about downloading attachments so that they can be viewed?
