URL scheme to open Collector directly from HREF

Hi,

Looking for the proper syntax to open Collector directly from a HREF link on iOS.

I can use the following to open ArcExplorer with a specific AGO webmap, I want to do same thing with Collector.

<a href="arcgis-explorer://open?id=6f7c5blahblahblah">Open a map</a>
