Created a new feature class and map to use in Collector. The feature editing is already enabled in Portal but can't collect add any new feature in Collector.

Most attributes are coded domain ("Yes" or "No") with a default value of "No"

Before you sign in Collector, you can see "Sign in with ArcGIS Online" and "Sign in with ArcGIS Enterprise" options. "Try it" option is under those two button. 

What device do you use with R2? What is OS version?

I will try it with the "Try" sign-ing. The iPad OS is: iPadOS13.7 released on 09/01/20 which was installed on 9/11.

We were able to resolve this issue. For us the name of the R2 unit that was shipped with the device was too long for the ESRI name field. We changed that in the settings of the R2 device and were successfully able to submit data.
