With Collector for Windows you can use Collector on your computer in the office. Some of our field crews need to do this to add photos as attachments that they have taken in the field because in some our remoter areas there is no service or very poor service.
One of our guys attached his iPhone to his computer and tried to load them direct from the phone to Collector. It would not work. I had him load the photos on his computer and it did work.
I connected my phone to my computer and I was able to load photos direct from my iPhone to Collector.
He has an iPhone 12 and I am using an XR
I have tried looking through some settings to see if there is a permission but cannot find one that pertains.
