taking map offline when work area has features and attachments

Hello,

I am connecting to our portal from Collector on my device. The offline editing seems to be working fine until I am trying to download a map and the work area has quite a few features. There are also photos attached to the features. If I zoomed to a work area without features then the download is working just fine. Is it possible that anything is wrong with the existing features or attachments? Please help.

Yes, the hosting server is ArcGIS for server 10.2.2.

Have you been able to use other services with attachments and take it offline?

I published a different feature service to further diagnose the problem. The same thing happened when I try the take the features with attachments offline. It seemed to be working OK when I had only 4 or fewer attached photos (3 to 4 mb in size). The map is not downloading when more photos are attached with the features.

Could you enter a support ticket and try to give them the exact set up of your Portal, Server, data setup and they can help you debug this further.
