Not syncing from ArcGIS online to Collector app

I am unable to see anything from our University account that is created online. No maps show up.

Can someone help!!!!!!

Do your maps have an editable feature service in them? The Collector will only show maps that are created by the account signed in with and maps shared to accounts through groups. It will not query the entire org/portal for maps.
