Setting Organisational URL as default

Is there a way, now or planned, to have our organisational URL appear on start up?

Also a way to configure the background image?

The URL should be saved so when you log out of the application the URL will remain. There is no way to force the app the launch and have it grab a URL from another location.

We are not seeing that behaviour.

If we close out of the Collector app or turn off the device the previously entered Organisational URL reverts to http://www.arcgis.com

Is this a Portal for ArcGIS URL or an AGOL org url? If its an AGOL org URL are you signing into just the www.arcgis.com URL or are you entering the full URL?

with the 10.2.3 release of the app I was not able to reproduce this issue. When i sign into a portal and sign out the portal URL is still displayed.
