We have field users going in between Survey123 and Collector for ArcGIS (the new iOS version). The feature class that contains the Survery123 photos is in our Collector map. We have the refresh interval set in our AGOL map. Users should be able to go into Survey123, submit a survey, and then go back to Collector and see the photo point pop up less than a minute later. This works in Collector classic for iOS and Collector on Android. I cannot get this to work in the new Collector. Users have to reload the map in order to see the new photo points.
Am I missing something extra that you have to do with the new Collector? Or is this a bug? Any help would be appreciated!
