Map opening failed

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with one of the maps that we use with Collector. We receive the following message when trying to open a downloaded map, or downloading a new one "Map opening failed - The basemap for this offline map was not found. If you`re storing the TPK`s on an SDCARD, make sure is currently inserted." However, the phone has no SDCARD and my colleague is using only the storage from the phone. 

Any ideas how it can be solved?

We tried: to remove map and re-download the map, remove Collector and reinstall it and download the map.

Hey Claudia,

I had the same issues and finally realized you have to go into "My Files" (for Android) and remove the items that are failing in collector from the "Downloads" tab. Finally refresh collector and it should remove the map that is failing.
