I set up a very simple Collector Classic map that has a related table tied to a point and is supposed to allow for new records to be added to the table. It works fine on Android but on IOS it doesn't add new records. Instead, it overwrites the old ones and any attachments have been accumulating on that one entry. This error persists no matter if editing is enabled or not for the layer.
