I've tried installing Collector on my Android tablet with the 4.4 os. Collector says that my device is not compatible. Don't get it.

I looked up the tech. requirements for Collector.  Supposedly it will run on Android 4.2 and higher.  I have 4.4.

We've found that Google Play is incorrectly reporting that some compatible devices are not compatible. If your device meets the device requirements but you see that message, here is a workaround: you can install Collector directly from Esri by following the steps in FAQ: How do I download Collector for ArcGIS without access to Google Play or the Windows Store?

Thank you! I have sent this on the user that was having that issue. I thought this would help me as well as I am attempting to download collector to my WIN10 PC and have been having trouble with the Windows Store.

My device meets the requirements, I’ve saved the Collector_for_ArcGIS_1703_Windows.exe and extracted the files. When I double click on the APPXBUNDLE File below I get an error message.

Any help is appreciated!
