Hello.

I want to find a way to retrieve data off of the Collector app.  I have followed the instructions here:

Tuto: Collector for ArcGIS: Go (really) offline! | CartoBLOG

https://community.esri.com/thread/170427?q=Recover%20data

I have the runtime geodatabase files, but my license (Basic, ArcMap 10.2) does not allow me to use the tools recommended.  Does anybody know of another way to do this?

Thanks.

Thank you for your response.  However, I did not find the answer to my question within the link.  What I am asking is if there is a tool within ArcMap for Desktop that I can use with 10.2 and a Basic License that will convert a runtime geodatabase into a file geodatabase.

Does anybody know if this is possible?  Cheers.

Offline data

Some layers in your maps can be taken offline to allow users to collect data when they have no connectivity. Layers that support being taken offline are as follows:

  • ArcGIS Server feature services (10.2.2 or later)
    • If using related tables or restricted feature service capabilities, it requires ArcGIS 10.3 for Server or later
    • Enterprise geodatabase 10.2 or later
  • ArcGIS Server tiled map services (10.2.2 or later)
  • Feature layers hosted on ArcGIS Online
  • Feature layers hosted on Portal for ArcGIS
    • Requires ArcGIS 10.2.2 for Server or later
    • Enterprise geodatabase 10.2 or later
  • Tiled map layer hosted on ArcGIS Online
