I am opening Collector and was hoping to get into the portal location for accessing collector maps. When I login with my android phone, My Iphone, and My Ipad it works just fine but we have purchased a large number of Android tablets and now we can not login to portal.
It asks for the portal location which I enter.
Then it gives me two buttons one for the enterprise login and the other for ARCGIS.
When click on the <Portal Named> button for our portal it reverts back to the screen for entering the portal location. Now if I try on survey123 it goes to a browser that returns something like SSO.<oursite>.com refused to connect.
