ERROR: The parameter is (or has an element that is) the wrong kind of geometry

Hi:

I've used Collector to capture about 20 polygon features. When I try to export and download the shapefile, I get "The parameter is (or has an element that is) the wrong kind of geometry." This has never happened to me before. I checked all of the features that were collected, and they seem to be complete polygons. Everything displays properly in the webmap, but it won't export. Any word of wisdom on how to get this fixed?  thanks

I have not seen this error before on exporting a shapefile from a hosted feature service. I would recommend posting this in the AGOL forums and someone could help you there on that. You could also try exporting this as a gdb through the data management analysis tool which can be ran in the web map and that will add a zipped gdb in your My Content.
