Can you share that hosted service and I can take a look at it. Did you enable sync on the service?

The Online team is currently looking into this issue which is causing the delay in content showing up. It will appear but the time it takes can vary.

Any word yet on a fix? I am experiencing this on an Android device as well.
The other issue that keeps repeatedly coming up is "Popup contains invalid value". Any help is appreciated.
