editor tracking collector for arcgis

Hello fellow GIS members,

I'm trying to get editor tracking in collector for ArcGIS to record the users name rather than ESRI_Anonymous.

Is there a specific way to set this up to record a specific user.

We are running at 10.6.1 and have windows authentication for database access, but I don't think i have it configured right for individual users with Collector.

Could it be one of these?  

Problem: Esri_Anonymous is displayed in the attribute field when Editor tracking is enabled   

 Collector Edits are stamped by "Esri_Anonymous"
