Collector to support table to feature 1:M ? (or M:1 from feature to table)

A requirement is to have Table To Feature 1:M relationships run on Collector through Portal.

It appears that this relationship is not supported.

Is there any intuitive workaround?  I have tried attempts many ways...

Obviously the 1:M feature to table does not work... I had managed to get it all working however, if one deletes the feature.. .the foreign value in the table goes NULL... if there was a way to just leave that alone, it would all work regardless being backwards relate.

Or better yet... When will collector Support Table-to-Feature 1:M ?
