When I add offline areas in Collector, they sporadically disappear and I don't get a notice that the download failed. It will go through the process and seem like it was successful, but they won't be listed on the device as an offline area. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason when it disappears, I just have to keep trying. Does anyone have a solution to this?
