Has anyone experienced Collector crashing when adding a related record offline? If so, were you able to find a solution? It's quite strange because I can create the related record connected to the cell network or WiFi, but offline it completely shuts down the mobile application. I'm using an iPad Air 2.

I have had the same problem and I don't think there is a solution yet.

What coordinate system are your layers in?

The feature class is in NAD 1983, and they are projected to WGS 1984 Web Mercator (auxiliary sphere) in the map document and then published to ArcGIS Server 10.4.1.

I know I've experienced the issue you're having when I had two feature classes with different coordinate systems in the same database in which the service is published from... regardless of if the projected data was in the service or not.  We were using WGS84 by the way... idk how NAD83 functions.  Sorry I can't help...
