We recently setup a new map for use in Collector using the same format we have been using for months now. The only difference is that we were going to be using some Android tablets instead of iOS.
When the Android users offline the map and try to add a related record though it crashes. This happens with two different Samsung devices and an HTC phone so it makes me believe it could be universal. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if anyone may have a solution?
Tim,
Do you use latest version of Android Collector? Is it ArcGIS Online hosted feature servcie or ArcGIS Server? How about online experience? Does it crash?

We have the latest version of Collector and the services are hosted completely in AGOL (the feature layer with both the main feature class and the related table).
When we are working online it works without a problem. We are able to add features and then add related records to them as well. It is only in offline mode that this happens.
We also just tested this on another two different Android devices and it is happening as well.
Can you share your map to a group and invite the account Collector4ArcGIS into it? It could help us determine if it is service specific.
