Collector Classic won't download map offline?

I go to download a map offline in Collector Classic, I choose the Basemap, Work Area, and Map Detail. I hit Download and it immediately cancels the download and says "Map Download Failed, Unable to Download the Map, An error occurred."

I have been able to successfully download this on other iPads, just not this one. Even if I switch accounts (from a field worker to my admin one) on this one, it still doesn't work.

IOS: 13.3.1

Collector Classic: 19.0.2

Hello Kacy Beck‌,

Are you able to download other web maps successfully to your iOS device? If so it may be helpful to identify any differences between the two. For example what basemaps and layers as used in each case?
