I have been using Collector to take a map offline in order to collect flooding data. For the last 2 months I have been able to send any collected data from my Ipad to my ArcGIS Online account with no problems. However when I try to sync my webmap with ArcGIS online, i get a popup saying that my username and password is incorrect (see attached screenshot).
I have logged out of collector and logged back in, double checked my wifi connection and have changed my password to see if that might get passed this but have had no luck.
Aside from connecting my Ipad to ITunes to copy the collected data out, does anyone have any suggestions as to why this might be happening?
