Is it possible for me to search for a particular leak id within my Leak Report feature or can you only search addresses?
You can search your features. You need to configure it as part of your map. Steps for setting up search of your features can be found in the "Customize the application settings" section in Create and share a map for data collection—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS
