ArcGIS Collector and Vector Tile Layer issue

Hello to all,
I uploaded a vector tile layer from level 0 to level 19 in my organizational ArcGIS  account.

From AGOL map I can view this level without any problem.

In Collector for ArcGIS I have some difficulties: when I open the same map, I see all the levels except that vector tile layer. It's not available in the list of layers. Comparing the layer settings with other vector layers that work correctly on Collector correctly, I noticed a difference (see the screenshot in Italian):
- in the vector tile layer that is not displayed in the app, the part relating to the visible range and the generation of the tiles is missing. Why?Can anybody give me some hints on how to solve this problem?

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I do not think Collector supports vector tiles yet.
