arcade expressions in collector not working

I have arcade expressions in my web map and they work great as expected. However the same pop0ups in the same webmaps in displayed in Collector do not show the expressions, rather the raw text of the expressions....

What is causing this and how can it be fixed?

Arcade expressions aren't supported in the released version of Collector. They will be supported in the next generation of the app. Although arcade expressions in pop-ups aren't in the beta yet, if you join it you'll get updates about features as they come to the beta, and once arcade expressions in popups are supported, we'd appreciate feedback on how they work for you.
