Address locator not working on iOS

Hi,

Why is the address locator not working in any of the esri apps (Explorer, Collector, Field Maps) on iOS? On Android it's working perfectly. Using the latest version of iOS and the latest versions of the apps. It looks like all of my colleagues are having the same problem. It's the same on several iOS devices, work iPads, different types of (private) iPhones. One would expect some organizational setting, but then why is it working on Android?

I had to change the sequence of the geocoding services in the organizational settings of ArcGIS Online. The ArcGIS World Geocoding Service had to be on top. This resolved the issue for me.
