Unable to reinstall CityEngine

Hey guys, I recently uninstalled CityEngine and tried to reinstall it. Neither the ArcGIS Liscense tool or CityEngine would succuessfully install. What do I do?

Did you install ArcGIS Desktop after your first successful install of City Engine?

Since I had ArcGIS Desktop on the same machine, I had to install a patch for City Engine to authorize correctly.

It would be helpful to know some facts like which version of ArcGIS / CE were installed? On which OS?
Which version would you like to re-install?

Did you try to run PatchFinder? with this utility we would know which "snippets" or debris of your previous installations are maybe still left on your machine...
