Texture problem

Hey everyone , when I trie to put the texture of wall and doors ,  the buildings show "unknown textures" , I have no idea why. Anybody help ?

Usually, the "unknown texture" texture appears, when the asset is not readable or doesn't exist in the CityEngine workspace.

Please check all assets paths in your rule file, if they exist and can be previewed (Right Mouse Menu > File Preview)
e.g.:

texture("/ESRI.lib/assets/Facades/International/Groundfloors/g_f001_t001_Mercantile_001.jpg")‍

I checked with all assets paths in the rule file , they exist and previewed

 everything is ok , i don't know why this "unknown texture" still appears..
