No ArcGIS Online Sign In/Login with 2014.0

For some reason I don't have the ArcGIS Online Sign In option under the file menu in the latest release 2014.0. Does anyone else notice this?

on windows:
right-click the CityEngine icon in the little triangle menu in the windows bar ( bottom right )

Everything passed except the "Downloading Speed Test"(java.net.MalformedURLException:no protocol: ).

Within CE I don't even see an option for logging into ArcGIS online under the file menu. Seems to be completely missing. Shouldn't it at least show up here?
