City engine no responing

Hi

hope u all r doing good i ve installed city enigne trail version , i have core i3 dell n series with SVA graphic support, but my city engine is not responding. It doesn't starts,, it is installed and autorized correctly . pls help

Hi !

Do you have a NVIDIA or AMD/ATI graphics card ? Because native Intel graphics cards are not supported.

If you start CE, where does it hang ?
It could also be that CE tries to connect to ArcGIS Online.
