Cannot send the authorization

Hello Master,

When I try to authorize license personal use in cityengine administrator appear a text "all requested features have already been authorized on this machine", so i cannot open my cityengine, i get sendbox "cityengine is not authorized for use". 

Gimme solution for authorize it, please! Thanks...

For these kind of licensing issues please contact the Esri support of the distributor where you purchased your license (or got the trial from).

I purchase the licence through myesri then I used the gisday coupon
