Can I use models generated by City Engine in a video game?

I'd like to buy CityEngine, and use it to generate models for a commercial video game.   Is this possible and allowed within the EULA ?

I'll have to track this down. since the 'old procedural times', the EULA have changed, so currently I cannot give you an answer.

Thank you Matthias, regarding this question for CityENGINE 2012 for game models... how is progress?

By the way, another, closely-related question: with CityEngine 2010... is using the models for games within that (different) EULA from 'Procedural times'?

Was the answer to this question ever found? Looking at the ESRI EULA I can't see anything prohibiting commercial use other than the documentation, tutorials etc. but then my legal parlance isn't particularly good.
