I have a Question for using ArcGIS CityEngine
I already Purchased ArcGIS CityEngine for single use. but the ESRI World Elevation is not available currently.I think it is becuase i did not use as ArcGIS Online Term License.
My first question is
Can I use ArcGIS CItyEngine desktop using ArcGIS Online Creator User Type?
I can newly purchase ArcGIS Online creator user type but it is hard to purchase new ArcGIS CityEngine for ArcGIS Online Term License.
