It is possible to create a charts on BA web app with other type of data than a number ?

Ho guys, ArcGIS BA Web App on ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 user,

I have a problem for my infographics. I have some building, classified per quality : "Neuf", "Restructuré", "Rénové".

These value are on one field called "Building_state".

My goal is very simple : i want to create a chart who count the number of building by is state.

I found a way to do that  with the Nearing me panel : 

But i prefer to have this information on a chart, and... i don't understand how can I do that ?

Please tell me that charts panel is not limited to numbers values...
