Issue with the Creation of a Custom Infographic

Hello Everyone,

I created a 10-page infographic template, but when I attempt to run the infographic for a 5-mile radius around an address it never finishes the computing process. You can see the three lines in the top right corner of my included picture indicating that the process is ongoing and "NA" in the data fields. When I break up the 10-page template into 3 smaller templates it works.  I am running Google Chrome. My 5-page custom template works fine for the same address.

It looks like your custom Crime Index panel was causing this issue.

I was able to replace this panel with the latest version from the gallery and confirmed your infographic template is working now.

I suspect something in your custom panel might have changed and causing this problem. Please try that and let me know.

Hello Josh,

Sorry for the inconvenience. The best way for us to troubleshoot this issue is if you can share the template. You can simply download the .brpt file and upload it as zipped file.
