Using BAO...created a number of custom Excel demographic reports.  When running this morning, the Excel report looks completely different and no longer matches the layout/format of the .pdf version of same.  Is there a way to generate the report in Excel and have it retain the layout characteristics of the original?

Hi David,

Thank you for reaching out to the community with your question. We appreciate your engagement and value your feedback.

The reason for the change in the Excel export format is due to the enhancements we have made to our classic reports in the past June release. We have taken into consideration the feedback from our users and believe that the new chart format will greatly improve the overall user experience by enabling more in-depth analysis. You can learn more about the change here: What's new in ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App | June 2024, under New gallery infographics and classic report enhancements.

However, we understand that each user has unique requirements. We would love to hear more about how you utilize the report Excel format and why it is important for you to retain the same layout. Your insights will help us better understand your needs and potentially incorporate them into future updates.

Thank you, and we look forward to hearing back from you.

Linwei
