Hey,

Seems like the App does not work with secure services?

getting error on feature submit:

qml: READY {"error":{"code":499,"message":"Token Required","details":[]}}

qml: -498

Quick Report supports secured feature service. This is an example of a secured feature layer 

• Feature Service address: https://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Wildfire_secure/FeatureServer 
• Layer IDs of the feature service: 0,1,2
• Username: user1
• Password: user1

Can you try if this works on your end?

Is it possible for you to share the feature service URL and create a dummy account for us to test? If not, maybe you can try working with Esri Technical Support‌ to troubleshoot this issue further.

After further testing determined that the token is not the issue for me.

seems like App works, but if I enable attachments the submitting fails.

the last log is the:
