Please combine the mapping functionality of the MapViewer map page with the data collection functionality of the QuickReport template. Right now you have to choose between being able to collect or identify data in the field. It could simply be adding a dedicated map page to the QuickReport template that would allow you to identify attributes with a pop-up and the ability to change basemaps.
