TabRibbon Control questions

Does anyone know how to make the TabRibbon Control pinned down by default? There is very little documentation on this control. I have the Simple TabRibbon template app working fine but I just need this to be pinned down or opened by default.

figured this out. Didn't realize the TabRibbon code was included in the template. Thought it was an ESRI API thing.
