Newbie - how to deploy?

Ok, you'll have to bare with me, I'm a complete newbie!!

I've been playing around with the silverlight API and have created a map - yipee!!

Now what do I do with it?  I have hosted webspace and a spare domain.  How to I get the application deployed onto my webspace and hopefully link this to my spare domain.

Thanks for the link but still doesn't make much sense.
OK - this is probably completely basic and I've probably got the concept in correct but for example - how would I get my created 'map' page to load when someone goes to domain www.loadthis.com?
I've currently build my project and the files are sat locally on my harddrive.

No Worries - I've managed to do this now!!

I am so pleased - it just shows how in a couple of hours a complete novice can build a mapping webpage using the samples ESRI provided!!
