how add table of attributes and toolbar

How adds in the contextual menu an option to "open attribute table" and link layer associated with?

and also  add toolbar with zoom out , print button??

Are you looking to customize ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight? If yes then you can add these tools in the context menu using builder application.
