cannot Identify Features using Identify Task

Dear All

I using Identify task to identify the features, the tasks works fine if only the map service is present. but it stops working when i overlay bing map also.prpbably both the projections are different, the bing maps are in web mercator and the map service is in UTM coodinate system.
But I donot know how to fix this.

Did you set your 'IdentifyParameters.SpatialReference' to the map Spatial reference?
This parameter sets the spatial reference for input geometry, output geometry and extent.
