XYZ Tileserver and ArcMap/ArcCatalog 10.1

Hi there

Just wondered if anyone knew how to connect to a tileserver with a URL like:

domain.name.com/colour/{z}/{x}/{y}.png

... as a XYZ Map Tileserver. Is this possible in ArcMap?  I thought I might be able to 'bounce' it off AGOL but that only supports:

• AGS Service
• WMS
• WMTS
• KML
• WFS

An example tile could come from OSM: https://tile.openstreetmap.org/7/63/42.png 

I have posted to Python because I am thinking that maybe a little code is needed...?
