Hello

I am testing the vehicle detection and tracking using deep learning sample notebook (https://developers.arcgis.com/python/sample-notebooks/vehicle-detection-and-tracking/) under the ArcGIS API for Python product

I am receiving an error when attempting to run the first cell under the inference and tracking section of the notebook

The last line in the error message received is 'Exception: You do not have permissions to access this resource or perform this operation.(Error Code: 403)' (Screenshots of the error is attached)

Based on the output seen in the sample notebook (https://developers.arcgis.com/python/sample-notebooks/vehicle-detection-and-tracking/) I am inferring access might be needed to the vehicle_detection_and_tracking_video image collection owned by api_data_owner

I was unable to locate the above-mentioned image collection when searching in ArcGIS Online and when the item is clicked it opens to a sign-in page for the ArcGIS Online subscription

Thanks

I wonder if you have to follow the instructions on this page and download the samples locally
