Apologies for what is probably a very novice question - but I'm wondering if it's possible to do something through the API for Python.
My organization has ~9,000 items in our AGOL portal. We are going through a restructuring after several acquisitions, creating groups for each state, and so content that falls within that state will need to be assigned to the state's group. As you can imagine, the idea of doing this manually is not very appealing...
I'm hoping it's possible to run a query using the Python API and return all the items that fall within a certain states boundary, then assign all of those items to a group in one go.
Any advice to point me in the right direction is much appreciated! 🙂
