In order to use less of the server's hard drive resources when publishing SLPK data, I plan to do the following when publishing SLPK.
1. write the SLPK data directly to the datastore, which has now been done successfully.
2. register the written data as a service, this step I have no idea what kind of interface to use to achieve.
