Compress Script

Hello ESRI Community,

I have a question, 

We are currently compressing all of our databases manually but would like to run a script over the weekend that does it automatically.

We have Arcmap 10.3.1, portal 10.3.1, and Server 10.3.1.

Also SQL 2014

What workflow do you do that does it automatically?
